Q. What is the warranty on my part?

A. The warranty policies vary by manufacturer and by part type, but the usual terms are between one year and lifetime. (see full warranty policy at right))

Q. What is your refund or return policy?

A. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. All returns must be in salable condition, in the original box or container, and returned within 10 days of purchase. No refund or return on electrical items, tools, tire chains, or items cut to length or special order parts. All refunds are subject to a 15% service charge.

Q. Do you guarantee your work?

A. Yes, our machine shop work is guaranteed. Please call for specific warranties on specific procedures.

Q. What type of services do you offer?

A. We offer many services in our machine shop. Please refer to the machine shop tab at the top.

Q. What are your hours of business?

A. Monday through Friday 8:00 until 5:30 and Saturday 8:00 until 4:00, closed on Sundays.

Q. What credit cards do you take?

A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Debit.

Q. Do you accept checks?

A. Yes, with proper ID.

Q. Do you offer discounts for large orders?

A. Yes, large order discounts are available, please inquire.

Q. Do you offer financing for large jobs?

A. No, financing is not available.

Q. What if I need a part I don’t see on your website or in your store?

A. Please call the store as many un-cataloged parts are available.

Q. How can I be sure of the quality of the product?

A. We strive to only sell top quality parts from domestic and import suppliers that not only offer high quality parts, but have favorable warranty guarantees.

Q. Where do your parts come from?

A. Our parts are sourced from both name brand domestic suppliers and specialty import suppliers and both will source from domestic and foreign sources.

Q. Do you offer an evaluation of my vehicle for engine rebuild needs?

A. No, we do not offer this service, but we can direct you to one of our customers’ qualified repair shops.

Q. Do you offer routine maintenance services?

A. No, we do not service vehicles at our location.

Q. Is your machine shop open to the retail public?

A. Yes, we offer all of our machining capabilities to the public.
